1. Eligibility for Returns

• Time Frame: You may return any eligible item within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we may not be able to accept returns.
• Condition of Items: For health and hygiene reasons, bedding products such as duvets, bedsheets, pillowcases, and mattress covers must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Any item that has been used or opened cannot be returned due to sanitary considerations.

2. Return Process

• Step 1: Contact Us: If you wish to return an item, please email or call our customer care team at customercare@elfortinterior.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Step 2: Review and Authorization: Our team will assess your request and, if your return meets our eligibility criteria, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to ship the item back.
• Step 3: Ship Back the Item: Please ensure the item is securely packaged and include your order number in the return package. Shipping costs for returns will be your responsibility unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees.
• Non-Refundable Items: Customized bedding products, clearance items, and any opened or used products are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

We take pride in the quality of our products, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for eligible items if you wish to swap a product for a different size, color, or style. Please follow the same steps as the return process to initiate an exchange. Availability of the desired item may affect the exchange process.

6. Health and Safety Guidelines

For your protection and ours, we adhere to strict hygiene standards. Due to the personal nature of bedding products, we cannot accept returns of any items that have been opened, even if they appear unused.

7. Final Sale and Clearance Items

All items marked as final sale or clearance are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
